FROM THE HEAD OF SCHOOL’S OFFICE

Dear Faith Academy Community Member,

This is the final week of the third quarter. Various parent-teacher conferences are taking place this week as well as many projects and other assignments are coming to a close at this point. Please help your child(ren) finish well as we move into our March Break. When we come back we jump right into fourth quarter and then it is a quick slide into the end of the year. Our seniors are on the last leg of their High School race. Pray for good closure and strong finishing for these students.

Reminder: Elementary children do not have any classes after today this week, due to conferences. Middle School students will still have classes on Thursday this week, but not on Friday. High School students have classes through Friday, with classes ending at the regular time that day (2:30).

Congratulations to the participants in the ACSC Band festival last week. The joint performance on Saturday was inspiring! A huge thank you to our Fine Arts Department for their efforts to host this event. It was no small undertaking.

May you have an enjoyable and restful March Break. Classes will resume on Tuesday, March 26.

FROM THE REGISTRAR’S OFFICE

Is your child Registered for SY 2019/20?  Better do it soon to make sure his/her class seat is saved!

Follow the Online Process of Registering/Re-enrolling your child:

Go to https://faith.edu.ph/registration and log in using the same username used to register in SY 2018/19. If you forgot, check with the Registrar.

Update by clicking on each step, name, that appears until all steps 1-4 turn “green”. Step 5 (Create Application) will appear if Steps 1-4 was successfully updated.

Step 1 Student Information- Click on the name of your student, open and go through each page to update even if there is no new information. No need to add another name unless you are applying for a new child.

Step 2 Parents/Guardian Info- click to open each file name. Update the home address and cellphone numbers if there is any change.

Step 3 Employer or Sponsoring Agency- choose the applicable Organization Type Company/Business; Evangelical Sending Agency, Evangelical NGO, Evangelical Local church  – Click and update this especially if you changed your line of work/mission agency

Step 4  Emergency Contacts must be 3 entries. Update or change their names, contact details

Step 5 Applications button-  choose and click the Student name: “Create a Student Application” for each child. Take care to choose the Grade Level applying for;  the School Year.

Step 6 Click Submit application and settle/pay the Application Fee US$150

  • Send an email to the registrar to confirm if you were able to successfully submit the registration application.
  • Payment of the Non-Refundable Registration Fee can be done via online credit card/PayPal or pay directly at the business office. The payment status will be reflected AFTER the Business Office HAS SEEN and clicked Application Fee: Accepted.

Step 7 “Enrollment Requirements” all due on July 24, 2019 such as:

  • Online Student Health Form Questionnaire
  • Medical Inventory & Medical Exam (downloaded and printed/brought to your Physician) if required (Kinder, Grade 3, 6, 9)
  • Child Safety Quiz & Anti-Bullying Act
  • Boarding and Transportation forms if applicable.

ALL-CHOIR/GUITAR CONCERT

Come enjoy an evening of delightful music!

The annual All-Choir/Guitar Concert will be held on Thursday, March 14, at 6:00 PM in Cadd Theater. The concert will feature each guitar and choir ensemble, plus a mass-choir finale made up of over 150 singers!
