NEW STUDENT FEES:

RE-ENROLLMENT FEES:

For returning or those families returning from furlough

February 1 – February 28, 2018 $100 for each child
After February 28, 2018 $150 for each child

 Enrollment cannot be guaranteed until Re-enrollment requirements and Payment are completed.   Registration Fee is NON- REFUNDABLE 

BOARDING FEES:

A. Registration

For new student: $ 90.00 for each child

For Returning Students:

Pay By January 31, 2018 $90 for each child
February 1 – February 28, 2018 $120 for each child
After February 28, 2018 $145 for each child

 Note: Boarding students will not be accepted and have a space reserved until all forms are complete and submitted. 

B. Room and Board

Boarding Rate 7-day $ 5,650.00
Boarding Rate 5-day $ 4,200.00

C. Capital Fee

Boarding Capital Fees are for major Boarding Home repairs or improvements, and are set at 75% of Academic Capital Fees.

All other students.

Financial Assistance is available for qualified Category 3 students. Upon acceptance to Faith Academy, a family may apply for Financial Assistance by completing an application form and submitting to the Business Office. The Financial Assistance committee will review and make a determination as to the level of assistance a family may be qualified to receive. Financial Assistance must be applied for each school year and the application must be received by the stated deadline for that school year. Please contact us if you need further information.

Category III Families with multiple children attending and not receiving financial assistance are eligible for Academic Capital fee Discount. First Child pays 100%, Second pays 75%, Third pays 50%, Fourth pays 25%, Fifth pays 0%.

Reduced Tuition Rates

Category I:

The student is the child of an evangelical missionary. In principle, a missionary is one (1) who has left his or her home culture, (2) who has been commissioned as a missionary by an evangelical sending organization which has the purpose of proclaiming and demonstrating the Gospel and (3) whose household’s primary source of income is donations channeled through their organization.

(1)Students of Full-Time Missionary Staff (Category 1) qualify for 50% discount on the stated tuition for Category 1 listed above in each division.

(2)Part Time Staff Family (.40 – .90 FTE) In order to qualify for the Part-Time discount on Capital Fees, the staff member must be working at least 40% time each week. This is similar to working at least two days per week or teaching two classes per day for 5 days each week. If the percentage worked is less than 40% the staff member will not receive the staff discount for capital fees. The discount applies to accepted staff members and is not intended for volunteers. For couples who have both been accepted by Faith Academy as staff members, one person must be working at least 40% to qualify for the Part-Time discount.


Category II:

The student is one of the following who has demonstrated financial need: (1) the child of a full-time (40 hours/week) ministry worker who serves within his or her home culture or (2) the child of a full-time evangelical seminary student.

Academic Tuition, Boarding, Transportation and Capital Fee Payment Options and Due Dates

Quarterly (Q)

For all families, the minimum due is 25% at the beginning of each quarter. Payments must be made on or before these dates.

Penalty: In the event a payment is more than 30 days overdue, a 2% penalty will be assessed to that amount of tuition and other school related fees that are determined to be overdue.

Annual**(A) or Semester **(S)

For those families who may want to take advantage of discounts for early payments, the following applies. Paid in full by August 1, 2018 will be 3% discount. Payments of 50% on August 1, 2018 and January 1, 2019, will have a 1% discount applied to each payment.

(3)Should you choose a MONTHLY schedule for payment, you need to make an initial payment of 20% of your annual fees on or before July 15, 2018 and 10% on or before the first of each month beginning Aug 1, 2018 and ending Mar 1, 2019.  In the event you do not choose a payment plan, the quarterly plan will be chosen by default.

*Overdue Payment Penalty of 2% will be assessed to that amount of tuition and other school-related fees if a payment is more than 30 days overdue.

Family Rates for transportation are as follows: 1st & 2nd students 100% rate, 3rd student 75% rate, 4th or more students 50% rate. Students must be attending school during the same school year.

New Student Applications must be submitted by March 31, 2019. After this date, applications will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

The Application Fee is inclusive of the English and Placement tests.

To be paid once the student passed the application process and is accepted.

 Boarding students will not be accepted and have a space reserved until all boarding home forms are complete and submitted.
